Re: Laptops/binders/notebooks at university, what do you reccomend? for me, 4 subject notebook. but everyone is different, i used heaps of different methods last year. imo binders were the worst.

Okay, my operator rate (prior to the pay rise, I haven't been payed as a supervisor since then): 14.9586 Supervisor rate: 16.6340. If its just breaks that we're doing I don't care! (Except today I claimed an hour for the supervisor's break). But they don't want us claiming it all the time...

I don't think anyone in my store has been correctly payed for supervision shifts if thats the case. We were told that only one person can be payed for supervision hours at a time, and if we want the money, we have to make the effort. Also there is no way that my supervision rate is higher...

Not really, the rate is designed so that it goes to ONE person. You're only supposed to claim it when you are on your own, except obviously CSM and 2IC are already salaried at that grade. I have 8 hours at sup rates this week, thats a lot for me! If you're not sure how it works at your store...
