Yes, they release the top 20 in the state. For subjects with smaller cohorts this is reduced to a top 10.

It isn't his role to carry the rest of the cohort, I wouldn't say selfish but just an inefficient use of his resources (potential). The cohort shouldn't be angry at him when ultimately their individual performances could've been higher with personal improvement, rather than relying on a strong...

Normally manufacturers only quote at the flywheel, not the rear wheels in the case of the e350. Unless you're quoting a figure from an independent dyno tune, i'd be more inclined to believe it's at the flywheel. That's still impressive nonetheless and enough for a p plater though.
