Should be a one-on-one interview if it is with the SM, have you been to a group interview yet? I'd prepare answers to common questions, just so that you are confident at the outset. But do expect some job specific behavioural questions to come up.

Lol, our Aisle One is actually called Aisle 13, and has been since it was converted from an IGA/Advantage store in 1996. When we have our refurb, its going to become Aisle One, so everything will be 'backwards' as such. Will be mega annoying. But we need new toilets badly.

I don't go to Notre Dame myself but I have a lot of friends at the Fremantle campus, so I'll attempt to answer this for you. If you apply early (ie by early September), then your interview will be before your HSC. This means that they will look more at your school marks and overall...

I sort of agree. I haven't yet found a way to un-join, and at induction they kind of conned us into joining by telling us it was just another form to fill in. I was hesitant at the time, but clearly I've wasted my money now.

Well yeh of course. I meant more readily at the manager/staff member level. But its not like they tiptoe around people who are in the union compared to those who aren't. bigjohn I started there when I was in Year 10. I usually did around 12-15 hours in Year 11, and then 3-5 in Year 12...

In a big company like Woolworths I doubt they know who's in the union and who isn't. I'm in the union. It came in handy when Woolworths decided not to pay me for a 5 hour shift that I'd done in Perishables before a FrontEnd one, and I had to jump through hoops to get that money. So it was...

Change your availability so that you're only available less than 10 hrs a week, say all day Saturday or something? Then you'd have less than 10 hrs p/w, and they'd have to make you casual.
