Yeh true, well done. Major lol at the Coles staff handing out catalogues outside my store today - before our Grocery manager went and yelled at the poor 14 year old boys. I have volunteered to do the same outside Coles tomorrow ;) Opening tomorrow, grr.

You're probably going to need to call the dept manager. I would just explain straight up that you're sick and need to reschedule training. I'd say with 99% certainty that they will be understanding if you call with that approach. Also, HR don't really have much contact with departments...

Maybe call the store that you're doing your training at and let them know that you are sick. By Phase 3 training its at store level, not HR.

It shouldn't be any longer than normal for WA - Spotless has a distribution centre in Murdoch that they come from. In my experience its also about two weeks. UNLESS you ordered them through the clearance being run through Dianella (the old design shirts being sold off cheap) - these ones will...

    When doing past papers

Trust me, they're important. Its not coincidental that I got better marks in the subjects that I did past papers for (English, Ancient and PDHPE), than the subjects that I didn't do them for (Maths and Bio). My study time for all subjects would have been about even, but obviously past papers...

Thats because you've been payed a higher rate to begin with. Other states get a pay rise at 16, but they're payed less at 15.

If I'm not mistaken (which clearly I have been tonight :haha:), aren't these the official 'references', like where the manager ticks the boxes about your work habits. Be warned, these take a while to be filled out because they're not high on the priority list.
