Yeah and the BOS can do some investigation on the school. I think my SDD teacher was scared that they might do some random checkup on my room and find out that he merged 2 assessment tasks into one making it worth 45% which is way more than the trials as well because I guess my SDD...

Usually you are always allowed to change. It's not really up to the teachers/principal to force you to do it beacuse it is YOUR HSC, you decide what you want to maximise your marks, if they try to then call up the board of studies complaining.

That's only assuming that you won't perform well as it will be detrimental to your UAI.

You do get a UAI with less than 10 units. Though typically you'd have known you are doing less than 10 units so you'd have picked another subject, otherwise I really question your counting skills :P Though there are cases where you are doing 10 units but only 8 of them count due to doing 2...

I need a LOT of tissues during my SDD trial exam. I had the worst flu ever, could barely keep my eyes open. I think I used like 4 packs of those pocket tissues :/ Remember always eat healthy a week before an exam :)

It doesn't mean you skipped a year, you just -accelerated- a particular subject. I know a lot of James ruse people in year 10 that accelerated and did IPT HSC exam at the end of year 10......crazy people, but they aren't considered a year above everyone else just because they did that.

For me space was the hardest, the mathematical parts to do with satellites/orbits.
