Truee but I just got my results and they werent as good as I would've liked! So I think my UAI is excellent 91.95 and the cut-off at K-gai which isnt too far away from where I live is 86.00 and is 81 or 82.00 at Macquarie so I will get in to one of those unis definately. Also even if they do...

I have been told that before but I am not sure

I got 81.00, and did nothing all year.

The fact that you say that you got 81.00 and did nothing all year already means that you must have done something all year, because if you genuinely had done nothing all year and gotten 81.00 you would not feel the need to brag on boredofstudies as you would feel more secure.

How do you deal with bitchy/horrible teachers?

    This is extremely true..

    Down syndrome and HSC

thats extremely unfair she should stay and aim to get above 70 uai/atar which is excellent given her condition.

    help? dilemma with teacher.

I would be EXTREMELY careful if I was you. 92% is an excellent mark by any one's standard especially in an outrageously challenging course like English Extension 1. I would leave the matter completly if I was you if you try to complain it willonly make matters worse. I speak from experience...

    Parents?-Overreactive

Not necessarily... first of all a UAI of 80 isnt that bad anyway; its actually quite good! And also it depends on the course. For example, the 99 UAI-er may be pressured by his/her parents to do a course that her/her may not like whereas the person with an 80 UAI may get in to a good course that...

To all HSC Students, As the 2009 HSC approaches us I just wanted to wish all of the candidates across NSW the best of luck. Remember that the HSC is not the be all and end all and is not an IQ test or a measure of one's intelligence. Rather it is a complete 100% measurement of a students...

External influences on UAI and HSC Results

Thats true applying for extra marks is definately a good idea in those circumstances. I know some one who every one thought was going to do extremely. He landed up with low 80s but every one thought he was going to get 90+ he was really a top student. But if you apply for extra marks and get...
