If you cant get into any uni then you're a deadshit and you dont deserve to go. Most courses do not require a very high UAI even at Australia's most prestigious universities. Even if you cant make it into the large city uni's you can go to the rural uni's and try hard and come back or you can go...

I think its pretty widely known that Australian unis arent that high in quality or prestige. In reality almost any deadshit can get in even if you cant speak English very well at all. I agree that many courses are dumbed down, otherwise many of these internationals wouldnt have any chances...

what do you do if you're a student finishing 3rd year doing a 5 year degree. All the large firms ask for penultimates. Are there any chances of getting course-related work for non-penums?

Harvard law exchange is awesome but honestly how much chance do you think you would have in getting a place? I dont think theyd accept more than 5-10 people a semester

but it still helps. im guessing your saying a finance major isnt relevant for practical use but is management or marketing? u dont have to have a mgmt major or a marketing major to become one of those positions but it helps the only really useful courses are in accounting for CA/CPA
