Thanks musk for your reply. UNSW was my other choice, although i think i am leaning towards UTS. Are tutors/lecturers good and helpful? I ask this because my brother did IT at UTS and struck some lecturers who could hardly communicate in english.

Well i was dissapointed as i was only shortlisted for UNSW engineering (electrical and mechanical) although i was offered one from UTS in mechanical/mechatronic. I dont know what to do really, take the 5 year scholarship from UTS or go with a non scholarship course from the supposedly better uni...

Yeah thats what i did. It would be riduculous if it was .37% as that would yeild a velocity very low. Also, you get full marks if it is evident that you read it wrong but had correct method. OVerall i found the exam pretty easy :)

My teacher (who has marked HSC) said that a band 6 mark is around 85. Ie you get pushed up 5 marks. I got 92% in my trial, and that was hard, being a selective school trial.

Quanta to quarks really isnt useful at all (unless you plan to continue with pure physics).... I would say medical physics or the age of silicon can be more readily applied to real life.
