Are the voluntary tutorials still on after the Mid-session exam?? Until the end of Semester 1???

Hi hi, For those who have done BIOS1201 before, I am just wondering how and what method did you use to study for this course?? Because I am having some difficulties in deciding how (and how much) I should study for this subject :( I went to the lectures and read all the reference chapters...

So do we or don't we????? Can someone who have been to their first BIOS1201 Lab class tell me please???

Regarding the BIOS1201 first (Week 1's) Lab class, do we need to bring our labcoat and goggles already?

You NEED to and MUST attend your BIO lab during your FIRST week!!!!! BIO lab class is starting during FIRST week! Please be aware not to mix it up with your CHEM class because CHEM lab class doesn't start until SECOND week!!!! So: BIO Lab: 1st Week CHEM Lab: 2nd Week

Oh i c i c. Because BIOS1201 is the only Bio course that I need to do for my degree, I won't be doing Bio course in 2nd session. So that means the Purves one is enough for me right?

Re: science/arts combined, subjects to choose If I am gonna repeat CHEM, is it gonna be under HECS when I repeat it or do I need to pay full-fee??

I had the same problem so I sent an email to UNSW asking whether I need to do the bridging course even if I did very well during Year 9 & 10 Science. But they replied saying that CHEM1011 requires Year 11 Chemistry knowledge, so they would STRONGLY recommend you to do the Chemistry bridging...
