From Central you just keep walking down Broadway (~10 mins walk) until you reach a huge green park with fountains and shit, walk through that and you'll be at usyd, turn left as you reach the front lawns in front of the quad, and about 20 metres later you'll be at Fisher library.
EDIT: and if you really wanna be a lazy ass catch the 470 bus.
