Okay cheers but just wandering as I do chemistry, biology, ext.maths, mathematics, advanced english and pdhpe, if i get say top 10 in each subject would my atar get in the 80's? or more closer to 70's?

Its a bit too hard to say due to the volatile nature of rankings :/

Hey guys,

So everyone always talks about ranks only matter - but in the 2014 results page it only talks about assessment marks. What assessment marks do you need to get a B6?? I'm at a crap ranking school high 400s lol. But could probably stay in the top 3 ranked for all my subjects.

So what assessment marks am I aiming for throughout the year, including externals? I would like B6.

Ranks usually matter more because assessments marks are moderated depending on your cohorts performance in externals..

I check the state rankers list and she state ranked one of them and band 6'd the other

nearly all the time you need 100 in 2u maths to SR.

applies to 3u as well. me and other friends got 100 in 3U maths, but still didn't SR.
