No, in this sentence "your" is the appropriate word used not the contraction you're as it does not make sense.

I believe that traditional normalities of the English language should be upheld; the colloquial tone of modern society has become inadequately accustomed for derogatory and incorrect uses.

All I find annoying is when people can't spell.

(Admittedly, I do prefer the past ways. But "nobody cares" is just a fact.)

What? I can't understand your sentence due to the incorrect use of grammar. However I agree with the fact that languages evolve everyday and are constantly changing. People have modified the English language either resulting in a good or bad outcome. A common example of a bad outcome is youse being added to the dictionary, which is truly treacherous as it is clearly not a word.
