well depends what you and your boyfriend are into. I know many people who buy sex toys/clothing etc for eachother on their birthdays.

ye ye, i get what your saying, i just dont have money at the moment so it would be like "here i am!, same as usual".

its his birthday today so i went with ur other idea and bought some massage oil and made little IOU 30 massages cards
