You should probably avoid looking at past papers before you have completely grasped the content, I could actually suggest that you find a year 11 maths textbook and start doing questions from the start of the textbook and progress through it, you don't need to do all the questions, but I could say at least half, and this could give you a good insight into the sort of maths you could expect in your next year.

I used the Accelerated Maths Learning textbook [Year 11 - Extension 1 Maths (2&3 Unit Course)] and Year 11 Cambridge Mathematics [3 Unit Extension 1 Enhanced] during this summer holidays to work on my 2U basics and then start learning about 3U. Its really helpful because it provides the formula with lots of examples on how to use it, followed with review (Level 1 and Level 2) questions, which can be quite challenging.

I recommend you get your Year 10 maths down, it will make it so much easier in Year 11. This is being recommended from someone who was above average in her 5.3 Year 10 Maths class, but didn't perform as well personally.

Once that has been done, commence to 3U Maths (recommend you to start in Term 4, or when you finish your Year 10 yearlies, and into the summer holidays, because there is plenty of time).

Other than that I think that you should familiarise yourself with the content rather than going through past papers straight away. The best way to do so is by working your way through the preliminary textbook, if you can get one during the holidays.

This is a link to the 2 unit cambridge year 11 textbook. I gave you this because for the first few topics in year 11 they are most likely going to teach you 2 unit topics like absolute values, algebra, etc. which will have very few three unit components, then you will eventually move onto purely three unit topics like parametrics and circle geometry. This all depends on your school though, because different schools have different topic orders.

Good luck and I'm glad to see a year 10 student taking initiative in going ahead, but do keep in mind that you MUST have a rest these holidays.

After you're confident with the theory and how to apply it to questions then go onto the resources section of this website and then do some past papers from the preliminary section.

Yeah, I'm really liking those as well. In my school, the 3U students are put in our own class for all lessons, and there is only 7 of us which makes for a great student teacher ratio for all maths lessons.
