You're a bit of a stinge if you're annoyed at the fact that you have to pay for drinks...in general, women earn 20% less than men when doing the same job...I doubt that a few drinks will equal the 20%...DLtoken said:I have been thinking about the whole feminist movement lately... Although equality is great, why do so many woman out there expect to be wined and dined to make feel like a princess? Sure, I have been out of a 4 year relationship for 6 months, but I still can't stand the idea of girls expecting to have drinks bought for them. Not all women do, but some. And every time I experience this, I find it to be so distasteful and disrespectful to women as a whole.
Does anyone else see where I'm coming from? Why don't women feel the "need" to buy a drink for me? haha.
I'm not saying that women should and have the rights to expect being pampered...but you've been in a relationship, it's not like you don't enjoy treating your ex well.
I think it also have to do with egos...it's kinda built into the society of how men should behave.
Personally...I do believe that women are there to be treated well...but just don't give that love to someone who isn't grateful for it, that's the hard bit...i'm still searching =)
