I think the regulation would probably have to be in the card itself not the scanners... and if you can block information then you can unblock it. I'm sure someone would figure out the protection pretty quickly and soon everyone would know about it.nwatts said:I'm sure the computer nuts who work on these cards could authorise certain parts of information for certain scanners and not for others. And if it was in the scanners it would only take one stolen one it could be duplicated over and over. If you could really get all this information from the card, which I seriously doubt, someone will steal one within the first hour they are in use.
