I am not going to schoolies as i am going to save money and relax at home. I am going to Rome in January 2011 so that will be my break

Schoolies is not all its cracked up to be. I didn't go and instead had the best time of my life on a round the world trip. Stayed in mostly youth hostels and met heaps of people and had a great time. much better because you can be alone when you want and it's not all about getting pissed every night, you actually get a chance to enjoy the place.
