Well technology is a BITCH! 
aside from that, is anyone on the virgin network and not recieving reception at all? from about 3:30 this afternoon, I have not recieved any reception. Also when I had reception, I tried making a phone call to someone who is also on the virgin network and it said I didn't have credit to make this call, but since we are on the same network we are able to call and text message for free
so if anyone has any help or suggestions can you advise me before I waterlog my second phone in 6 weeks
