This works. Trust me.

FIND A COPY OF ANYTHING BY PINK

TURN IT UP AS LOUD AS IT GOES (and I mean as loud as it goes)

even if you hate pink just do it. Im not a pink fan but something just happens when you turn her music up really loud.

Try it and see. Bet you aren't stressed!

LOL! Come on guys, Pink isn't that bad!

Although, I find it hard to believe that her music can relieve stress for someone who hates her music.

Firstly (and I apologise in advance, because I haven't had quite enough sleep for the last few days), why would I trust anybody with a username of YEAR11? :)

Secondly, I believe it's stress relief. I'll be forced to hit something SO DAMNED HARD that all the stress will just dissipate - into the wall, or something. :chainsaw:

YEAR11....you say that you have tried this stress relief and it actually works but you cannot possibly be under as much stress as all us year 12's have been over the past months so therefore you couldn't really tell! :p

i am not a fan of pink either....
so chances are that if i turned it up any louder than not hearing it at all.... i would do some terrible, terrible things.

Im with you christine... crowded house is a top stress reliever!
To relieve my stress tho, i got for a jog... and hope not to be chased once again by wild pigs in the pine forest!!!!
:apig: :chainsaw:
There are a few stollen and trashed cars in there that are always fun to jump on, and throw rocks at etc.

The best stress relief is going for a swim and sunbaking for a couple of hours, theres nothing better than that.
