well as far as i know usyd is the only uni offering pharmacy in nsw, unsw does medicinal chem which is more or less pharmacy. dunno about qld

if you want to stay in NSW, then USYD would be your best option, you are probably aware that you must sit the STAT exam and get a relatively high ATAR.

so STAT is still required? I thought we don't have to sit STAT anymore?

No i think stat is being removed for Usyd, i believe New England in armidale is offering undergrad, but i think usyd is better LOL imo (bias XD)

USyd has a better world ranking (#58). Go with what is more convenient: easier to get to, where your friends/family are, the city/state where you possibly may see yourself working in the future
