i think its because the cave is isolated, more alleles are unlikely to be introduced

Yeah, I think that this is why D is incorrect. Even though genetic drift can result in natural selection, the question says ‘introduction of more b alleles’. Idk if this implies they are introduced from new individuals (which would be gene flow) or if they’re just using that word to talk about the process of natural selection.
