I think USyd is the one I want to go to. For pharmacy. If not .. I think I'd do engineering at UTS or something. Blah. I'm not sure.

I wanna get into the business/economy faculty at Sydney Uni. It's close to my house and I heard their Business is good there.

i wanna do medicine at UNSW...but i no it's really hard 2 get into with umat & interview and all that
...i don't mind USYD either...part of looking 4 alibrandi was filmed there

I have my heart set on Bachelor of Arts (Politics/Sociology) at either Murdoch, Notre Dame or the University of Western Australia. Murdoch being first preference, Notre Dame second and UWA third.
Although, considering that the cutoff required for UWA is like 20 points higher than Murdoch, does anyone else think that its a waste of a third preference?

Medicine all the way! Only (yes only) need a 93 UAI at western sydney and then they don't even look at your UAI after. Can't wait to get in. Or maybe a biochemist, that would be pretty interesting or psychologist. Endless oppurtunities.

93 is the absolute bare minimum, surely the UAI requirement for Medicine at UWS will rise because of high demand. Think about all the guys who missed Medicine at UNSW and Usyd...

I think you're right. These people are the ones who only do med. at UNSW or USYD if they could rather than because they really want to get into med. There's also Uni of Newcastle if you are really, really into med but miss out on those unis nearby.

Yeah, but if one has got their hearts set on Med, then I don't think they will just give up because UNSW/USYD won't accept them.

Yeah, I considered BVSc, but the UAI requirement is just out of reach... maybe just Commerce or BEc (Economics). Any career paths with Economics?
