In a projectile motion question we're given a diagram with time, Ux, Uy, and a. One question asks to resketch the diagram if the acceleration due to gravity is increased. I was wondering does this change the time in flight?

Yes. The time in flight will decrease since the gravity will pull the object more quickly :)

From your formulas (e.g. Vy=Uv+at) you can see that time is dependent on the value of acceleration. Thus, in the formula for calculating range (delta(x)=Uxt) the range will change depending on time :D
