basically u need 1.5-2hrs of rem sleep and each rem cycle occurs roughly every 90mins. All together u need 3-5 rem cycles. So basically if u sleep 5 hrs you'll you'll barely get 3 cycles. Don't mind me I'm boredyeah cause guys u need enough rem sleep in order to remember the stuff u study. So even if u try memorising stuff, if u don't get enough rem sleep it will be a waste of ur time cause u won't remember it.
