At least the future generations of kids won't have to have wrist surgery after they finish the hsc. But honestly it's good cause in the real world ur not gonna be writing as much anyways so typing kinda prepares u for it. And also it's been long overdue cause even the naplan is online so idk what NESA is doing. Some may argue that it isn't good to abandon handwriting skills but idc. I'd rather forget the useless skill of handwriting than have my hand fall off
