also how would you answer this 2014 legal family question "Evaluate the roles of the law and the media in responding to issues affecting family members." Like the 'law' part is obvious but what am i supposed to write for the role of media in responding to issues and is media meant to be a whole paragraph itself?

1. legal response at the federal level - parenting orders
2.media response by putting pressure on government for law reform i.e removing the presumption of equal parental responsibility for PO's
3.legal response at the state level - ADVO's

- the overall issue would be DV and yeah

does anyone have lcmid stuff for family court for legal?
im not really sure how u would make a sole paragraph just for family court but what i have is their reforms on combining the federal circuit and family court of australia and how that lead to resource efficiency they reported in 2022 they finalised i think 18% of more matters, idk thats just at the top of my head i could be wrong. im not sure how u would tackle the strengths of the court itself without talking about one of its processes like its deciding on parenting orders which have their own weaknesses like the inability to promote compliance and their resource efficiency. The resource efficiency would be linked to PO's tho, not the court because PO's are costly, and could be timely especially if the family has conflict

Some evidence: Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia's 2022 report recorded an 18% decrease in final order applications and a 130% clearance rate for finalised cases since reforms in 2021
