if anyone does legal, how do u guys approach a compare essay question? Here is an example:
International crime essay

“Compare the effectiveness of domestic and international legal processes and institutions in dealing with international crime.”

Body 1: International response to crimes against the international community - ICC

Body 2: Domestic response to crimes against the international community - Extradition

Body 3: Domestic response to human trafficking a transnational crime - Modern Slavery Act which was ratified from the international document - palermo protocol

this is my plan and i was planning to just have linking sentences between paragraphs and at the end of each make a judgement idk? but idk how i would do that for body 3, im just confused im ngl

u should be fine if you just preface what ur stance of the effectiveness is in your introduction (e.g.while both domestic and international processes and institituion are effective to an extent (something or other) in dealing with international crime, domestic measures are more effective in terms of enforceability, etc) and then just in each of your body paragraphs discuss the successfulness and limitations of each and then make another overall statement on whether domestic or international is better in ur conclusion
