Can any girl feel the difference between using a condom or not? guys say its better but can girls feel it?

well, no... it doesn't feel odd.
sticky, sometimes. but not really odd.


it just feels better because there is increased friction with skin compared to latex.

I just assumed that guy with condom = the same feeling as a rubbery dildo
guy without condom = a warm, human, textured penis

If im sucking then no condom, but for anything else you have to use one, too much chance of contracting HIV, hepatitus, chlamydia, Thrush, herpes, warts, etc etc etc. And the majority of STD's never go away (you have them for the rest of your life).

You can still get them by oral, especially chlamydia and hepatitis, but its not as dangerous as actual sex.

And the person you're screwing around with doesn't have to be a mole for them to have an STD. Always remember that it only took the same amount of effort that you put in for the last person to get with them. Easy for you to get with them = easy for everyone else to get with them.
