some more info on disadvantaged forms (EAS)
the disadvantaged form is called EAS (educational access schemes)
the forms must be certified and stamped by your school principal, is your best option. otherwise, bank managers, registered accountants in australia, barristors, solicitors or even a police officer can certify the forms.
if you get youth allowance form centerlink, ring them up and ask for an income statement. sometimes your school may be a disadvantage school that is funded by some program and there are lots of ways of getting the proof.
the due date is the 30th, so good luck in getting it in before then. its alot of work, i know that because i have also applied for one and it doesn't take just one day to get it all done you know.
