The list is initially sorted by school, but you can sort and search it however you like.

It includes all 12 932 students and was parsed from the listing on the Board of Studies website.

Statistics

* There were two Band 6 results in Standard English. (We know from the preliminary Scaling Report and the First in Course List that one was 90.0 and one was between 89.5 and 89.9 inclusive.)

* 6 610 (51%) of the students who were Distinguished Achievers received mentions for more than one course.

* Five students were Distinguished Achievers in a total of nine courses:

Laurence Field (Sydney Grammar School)
Christopher Hay (Sydney Grammar School)
Karman Pathmanandavel (The King's School)
Michael Vaughan (Sydney Grammar School)
Daniel Ward (Sydney Grammar School)

* The following non-LOTE courses had the greatest proportion of students achieving Band 6 results (in descending order):

Music 2 (24.23%)
Accounting (21.77%)
Mathematics (15.50%)
Economics (13.53%)
Ancient History (11.69%)
Physics (11.69%)
Visual Arts (11.00%)
Society and Culture (10.95%)
Earth and Environmental Science (10.90%)

* The following non-LOTE courses had the least proportion of students achieving Band 6 results (in ascending order):

Standard English (< 0.01%)
English as a Second Language (1.00%)
Design and Technology (2.82%)
Aboriginal Studies (3.70%)
Community and Family Studies (3.79%)
General Mathematics (3.86%)
Studies of Religion II (4.04%)
Studies of Religion I (4.20%)

god dam... how many people from james ruse ag high kicked ass on these exams... i was the only person from my high school (deniliquin high) to get on the list.. and that was only for general maths..... how are these people so smart???????

You missed Comparative Literature - 37.5% (yes, I know that it is put after the LOTE courses on the BOS list).

Ahh, I intentionally left out the Distinction Courses because they don't really use the performance bands system. :)
