According to UAC, ANU participates in the EAS (bonus points).

However applications are now closed.
Not bonus points for EAS, but bonus points a la UNSW's HSC Plus.

So it turns out CBE offers some undisclosed amount of bonus points for good performance in English and Maths. I don't think I've seen any other mentions of bonus points at other colleges though.

I got five bonus points for having previously studied a language going into the Asia-Pacific Studies degree, but that was in 2008 when UAIs were still cool. Your best bet is to contact the faculty you're looking at, or check out the info on the ANU website->http://studyat.anu.edu.au/discipline_areas/undergraduate
This is still the case for Asia-Pacific Studies, and related degrees such as Asia-Pacific Security and Languages (Asia-Pacific). You can get 5 bonus points for studying an Asian language in years 11 and 12, and 2 points for European languages. This is only for single Asia-Pacific Studies, Asia-Pacific Security, and Languages, though.
