Anyone else getting tired/sleepy after school or in the afternoon, even when you have enough sleep?

If so, what do you do? (nap, coffee, shower?)

I don't like depending on caffeine to keep me awake. It's not healthy. Sometimes I'll just sit on the couch & watch whatever is on TV. Other times I'll take a shower or go for a jog.

caffeine will only keep you awake the first few times lol then you develop a tolerance and you will feel shit (and tireD) without it

OR read for 0.5 hour before i go to sleep...or both.. usually helps. :)

BOS is a great remedy. If not, like the aforementioned - take speed.

I feel asleep on the train today, when I woke up, I accidentally got off at the wrong stop. Sleep children.

It happens to me almost every day. A good nap usually solves the problem.

Yeh, there's nothing a nap won't cure.

I think it's mainly the warm weather that's making me drowsy.
