Just wondering how long people can jog for before stoping...
I tried this morning only last 15min :( ... feel shit and wanted to no what the time is so i can have that as my goal :)

well, jogings not my fortay but can do that for about 2 hours, on the bike i can hold a competetive racing pace (reletive to distance) for about 15 hours, hoping to do the world solo 24 hour championships next year!

if i can run for even 5 mins ill be cheering already LOL
how can people last so long jogging?
i practically die and run out of break walking up the flight of stairs at school =/

I dont know I hate jogging, it is an uncomfortable pace imo. Either fast walk or run properly.

What speed for running are we talking about here? Speedwise, i think jogging is only a bit slower then running.

TO OP: I would probably last about 1hour max mabey. It woudl depend on my state of mind but also physical condition.

4-4.5 min kms.

When I hit my stride probably about 4 hours. This is 5-5:30min/km but towards the 2nd/3rd hour I'd be slowing to 6s. By 3 hours 30 I'd be running at like 8=9minutes/km because I'd be so damn tired.
