what do you mean double extract?

it means that they have extracts for mod A and mod B questions in paper 2...so u have to use them in ur responses and it screws ur whole essay up </3 (for reference check the 2022 paper, though that only has extracts for Mod A)

For common mod Section II, if the question has 'storytelling' in it, does that mean form or ideas?

If it has storytelling in it I think (dependent on text of course) you can take it figuratively or literally. Like in 1984 Winston writes in his diary, and literally has a job in altering stories so you can do that pretty easily with quotes. For other texts idk tho.

i agree with u on that. i also think u can extend storytelling a bit beyond as well. say theres the literal creation of Oceania in 1984 to explore urge the responder to do XYZ, but u could also talk about individual storytelling and collective storytelling within the novel imo. It just expands the breadth of the question much further than what was Orwell's purpose (although thats still important)
