How flexible is uts especially the engineering faculty?

You could, but suggested course plan is to have one major specific subject in first sem, two in second sem. There are still a few core subjects well into the course as well, not like a business course where you do the core and then major.

No I meant in atar wise are they lenient if u get like a 80 or late high70s for an 85 atar course?

u can get up to 5 bonus pts at uts if u have done the questionnaire + relevant subject achievements

They'll let you in if you get 80s, given that they don't increase the requirement much.

Depends on HSC bonus marks, questionaire completion, if you are eligible for EAS.
