the bad thing is, that people have different ideas of what 'flirting' is...and sometimes you can be talkign to a guya nd say something, and he'll interpret it as you want him, and then makes a move on you...has happened to me before

nonsense, if you set your expections low then you're bound to enjoy whatever eventuates.

personally i flirt for a number of reasons, and thus with a number of 'goals' in mind.
(a) to test myself, to see how far i can emotionally get with a new and different type of girl with or without the intention of sustaining any sort of friendship.
(b) to test myself, to see how far i can physically get with a new and different type of girl with or without the intention of it reoccuring.
(c) all of the above (i.e. relationship)

i'd say that general concept would apply to any guy.

i use (a) and (c) more than anything else... i'm not much of a 'user'... hell, i'm hardly into sex at all unless i have a girlfriend at the time..... dont know what's wrong with me.

Well flirting can get really annoying for a guy, esp if ur with some1 and girls u don't like flirt audaciously with you. As a guy flirting is really easy - it's just about making a girl feel comfortable in ur presense, I mean all you have to do is to tell them how good they look and take an interest in what they are saying - showing ur listneing. The best way to show it is just for fun is to invite others into the conversation.
