what structure would you say is the easiest + most sophisticated just in general.

so far,

one teacher said

Text 1
Text 2
Paragraph of Comparison

My teacher somehow wants us to integrate it into the essay which im finding really difficult because its really hard to balance the texts then

So far I have

Intro
Para about context
Idea 1 [ text one first then text 2 ]
idea 2 [ same as above ]
concl.

but that seems really messy to me aswell
any advice please !

btw my texts are pride and prejudice and letters to alice if that clears anything up
context, and exploring connections . =]

exams next week and im really stressd this essay is wasting soo much time !

Structure like that is not 'sophisticated' because in a sense its not "seamless"... why? because it doesnt integrate everything well enough. It's like here is one text and here is another text then here's the comparison. Fundamentally, you need connections which tie the two texts together and that should be reflected throughout your entire essay and not just one section.
On the basis of what im writting your scaffold should look somewhat like this:

Intro with thesis
Connection 1
Connection 2
Connection 3
Conclusion

if you got any problems just pm me.

hey, we were told not to talk about context directly but more address the text and have contextual 'drop-ins'. so i dont talk about the context directly but weave it between my texts if you get what i mean.
good luck with it though, im finding it really hard.

yes integrate!!!!!
dont talk about each text individually then do a comparison paragraph! that wont help you get in the band 6 range!
