omgosh i want to be a g designer too and i was thinking about that course too!well if i get the UAI for it (87) i want to get into Bachelor of Design @ COFA to become a graphic designer lol .. ani1 elsee doing that course by any chance?
What happened to Med?Law / Political, Economic and Social Sciences. That or Law / IGS
He was never going for Medicine as far as I am aware. What happened to Med?
98 for the elite students scheme??? if i lived in sydney or had relatives there i'd be applying for that one to, but instead im looking at university of queensland98 would get me into a good Arts/Engineering course as UNSW and Sydney, but I'm not sure which type of Engineering I want to do. From what I've heard, it's easy to transfer from 1 type to another in your second year, so if all goes downhill ATARwise, 80+ will suffice for Civil Engineering, and then if I don't like it I can transfer.
omg physics. gangsta.i rekon UAI 100 EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Qauntum physics bitchezzzzzzzz
Thats how i duz cuz
no but seriously 100 UAI guys.
I would pick Engineering if I were you.I might not do eng/commerce anymore...
The unsw guy at the smh expo said it isnt worth the extra 1.5 years, and its boring apparantly...
so I might just do photovoltaic engineering @ unsw then but still thinking about it...
Either is good.@ UNSW:
Either
Computer Science or
Computer Science/Civil(probably) Engineering.
Not sure if it's worth doing the extra years for engineering.. I know it's good for job security and shit in the future, but I'm not aiming to be an Engineer?
Also, agree with the above. Hurrah for HSC PLUS!
they changed the cutoff from 2007's 85 to 88 for 2008.Hmm well im thinking....
UNSW - Bachelor of Engineering - Civil
When do the uni's change the entry marks?
the arts component is much easier.98 would get me into a good Arts/Engineering course as UNSW and Sydney, but I'm not sure which type of Engineering I want to do. From what I've heard, it's easy to transfer from 1 type to another in your second year, so if all goes downhill ATARwise, 80+ will suffice for Civil Engineering, and then if I don't like it I can transfer.
I advise strongly against studying Engineering at USYD, their engineering programs are outdated.Hmmm, I find the "applying" bit quite confusing. Sounds quite amateurish, I know.
To shady145: yes, I was considering the elite students scheme. Pretty much exactly what I want to do, coursewise, but I don't yet know if I want to go to Sydney Uni or UNSW.
BPsych at USyd, but if the whole HSC thing screws up, B Adv Sci at USyd, and hopefully second year entry to B Psych.MBA at University of Sydney
I'll stick with photovoltaic engineering @ unsw thenI would pick Engineering if I were you.
