i blame the police more than the criminals.......there jobs to protect pple......they take away all forms of ppple protecting themselves.. and when they fuck up...and decent citizens are victimised.......they are like tooo bad even though they contribute to it happening.......Its not a reasonable system.


The police gave me wrong information.........and bribed me into giving statements........then they stole my clothes (basicly).

( they bribed me with offers of like compensation when i was in a hospital bed -- that was 1000% of my motivation.(which i never even got a cent of cos they told me some wrong details--- and it would now cause alot of hassle to chase it all up - so i cant really be fucked)..i never wanted tooo talk to the police..they pushed it down my throat when i was injured and fucked up in hospital.

(I had a gun ages ago -- police stole it..well made me turn it in for money.......outlawed my legal gun and shit. Im a fucking law abiding citizen......i should have a right to arm myself and protect myself from the human filth in our society)

if we stop illegal police searches..then decent citizens could carry around nives etc.....just for some protection... or have bullet prooof vests...

The biggest victims of crime and the truest victims of crime -- alot of them are in jail, they should be shown compassion etc....

The point is most of these cry baby victims we feeel sorry for .......even rape victims.........pooor them........but there are heaps of victims..who are in a much more severe chatergory......and there the victims of crime..who have retaliated or got pychological damage and turned voilent etc.....who are sent to prison.
Thats liek being victimised twice.

Justice should work both ways..........if ur a massive victim -- u should get compensation and extreme, flexibility, generosity and understanding and compassion from our legal system.

Carl williams was death threated and his family.....hit men were supposedly hired to kill him..his close freinds were killed .he was shot in the stomach..............................thats fucking massively extreme voilence and crime against him......and the governemnt.. puts him in jail over pettty drug charges....
That is 100000000000000 x worse than any pettty rape or gang rape commited on anyone in this country.........that guys one of the biggest victims in our country and should be freeed.

I doubt he was referring to those kinds of gang rapes. More the cases I've heard about where like a guy brings a chick back to his place, they fuck, and then later on he climbs back on so to speak even if she objects.
EDIT: And no I'm not condoning the type of situation I mentioned here, merely stating that there are different degrees of how bad rape is.

i think the number of cases where the offender was possibly sentenced harshly versus the number of cases that go unreported for varied reasons is very different. the actual sentencing process also needs to be examined because imo it far outweighs in levels of concern what is fair

no it is not fair in maybe some cases where harsh sentencing or community outrage impedes justice, however in the end i do believe there would have been aggrevating factors that would have lead the courts to sentence an accused with a harsher sentence that they deserve

I'm all for the retrial. The miscarriage of justice was by the jurors, not the system or the victim or anyone else.

What pisses me off more is the mentality of these rapists and other rapists. They see 'Aussie' women as beneath them and objects for their pleasure. They have an outright disdain for our laws and our way of life. And most of them came to this country, or their parents did, yet they cannot respect our laws, our women, or our way of life.

And as I said before the jurors screwed up, not the victim. She shouldn't have to sit the ordeal again. And our system is in need of change. Everyone knows they're guilty and they only 'got off' on a technacality.
