Finished with about 5 minutes to go. Really, really happy with it. Nice exam, last question wasn't what I was expecting, but I handled it and wrote 10 pages, so I'm pretty stoked with that one.

EDIT: text 3 was evil but i think I interpreted it well.

didnt expect essay question. still managed 8 pages, so not too bad with my small writing. my story didnt suit the quotes but i adapted best i could. thought section 1 was harder then usual, but would expect over 10.

harsh but fair test i guess

Section 2: 13
Section 3: 12

Probably the hardest AOS i've ever seen.

Physical journey, "unexpected detours"?.

Go fuck yourself BOS.

Lol. Imaginative- "unexpected destinations".. grrr.

expected marks
Section 1: 12
section 2: 13
section 3: 12

=37/45= 82%

EDIT: That's best case scenario.

37/45 and i would probably cry in joy.

i got 37 in the trial, but that was 10x easier then this unexpected destinations crap

im guessing 40/45 hopefully, section three fitted my essay really well, section one was easier then our trials section one, section two was pretty easy.

Yes short answer was hard and the essay question was fucked but I still managed over 7 pages for the essay, just over 6 for my story. I didn't finish one of the short answer questions but meh.

And yeah detours?? go fuck urself BOS!

aw well, no more journeys!

The unexpected detours was a stupid stupid question. But I managed to adapt it, and my ORT really fit in with it luckily.

Did most people just chuck the quote in in their creative writing, as opposed to making it the "central theme" of their story? That's what I did, and everyone else I spoke to after the exam.

It was a pretty good paper...

Section 2 & 3 were fair questions...

however....Section 1 was absolutely nasty!!! lol i won't be expecting more than 9 or 10 marks for comprehension!...those texts were garbage!!

ehhhh....yuck..
