Someone pls upload the paper. Examiner didn't let me take mine. Also, that conics/mechanics question was epic. So satisfying I had to change my pants after the exam.

well i got screwed, be lucky to make 60 raw.

What was the answer for question 11 e, locus of z^2 + (zconjugate)^2 =< 8?

I think i put down a hyperbola.
I got
-2<x<2

I personally think it was by far the most challenging paper over the past years. Not just because of the last question. But overall the questions were quite challenging. The only question which was 'EASY' was question 11+ MP.
Hoping for ~70 raw which should be enough to get me a band 6.
Fingers and toes and elbows and other limps crossed.

Felt pretty good considering I got bored last night and tried to tackle the Q1-12 of the Carrot 4U paper...

Conics and mechanics... they had to put two of most algebra heavy topics together in one question. Made the question so damn tedious :(
But I reckon a good paper overall

I reckon that was a very easy 4u paper. The question 16 was not up to the standard of other question 16's in my opinion

One of my students said that they could not do one 2 mark question.
IF they got the rest correct, do you think this would be state rank material?
If they got 98/100 you mean? Almost certainly, I can't imagine there being 10 people in the state doing better (especially if his 3U mark is good as well).
