Girls in IPT? (1 Viewer)

I was just wondering how many girls out there are doing IPT? I'm the only one in my class but I have beaten all the boys anyway

There are two girls in our class and the asian boys (me one of them) are topping the class.

The girls in my IPT class are breaking the trend.
It was a girl who topped our Physics class last year and a girl topped the state in Physics.

it doesnt matter if there are any gorls or not its just what interests them

I posted the official enrolment stats over in the SDD forum.

Summarised: around 30% of IPT students are girls = around 1300/5000 I think. Go have a look if you want.

I think it's pretty much equal in my school, don't know about the other IPT class but ours has 4 girls and 5 girls or something? God, I never pay attention in that class, heh. Got 96 in the trial, its 2 girls and a guy topping the class.

We have 12 students in out class, 2 of them girls. Not including the teacher.

It would be nice if there were an equal amount of females as males in IT. Sucks being a guy an an industry, largely populated by guys =/

Heh I go to an all-girls school and I think we have about 21 students studying IPT.

I had one girl in my 2004 IPT class. We had some more in year 10 Comp Studies but they didn't do IPT or they left the school. Best girl in the class transferred to another school, got too stressful and dropped out after Year 11.

We had 2 IPT classes this year for yr 12...

I was the only Australian girl in the class...n topped the course...

we had 3 international girls

n then the rest were boys about 15 or so?

In the other class they had 3 australian girls & then the rest were boys...about 15 or so again...

We had 4 girls and 6 guys in our ipt class. A girl topped, a guy came second and i came 3rd. I dont think it matters if you are a girl or guy, its if you are good at your subject or like the subject.

I go to an all girls school aswell and there are 6 of us in the class now, there used to be 8

well in my HSC class
there is 5 of us
and three including me are girls

I chose IPT but it didn't run coz not enough people chose it.Ho wever, I am doing multimedia and VET Information Technology.

There are 3 other girls in mm and 2 others in IT. (all together, there are 25 in mm and about 19 in IT) I'm 1st in IT though, and 2nd in MM (i think?) so sucked in to all the boys.

lol there is half and half amount of guys and girls in my class. Theres 3 classes of ipt at my school actually, but then again we do have 400ppl in our year group.

Yeh i feel good too when i beat a guy in ipt than in other subjects. keep up the good work.
