Which Greater Union are you applying at?

I work for Greater Union, make sure you know how to interact to people during interviews.

Have a little product knowledge.

They will ask questions such as:
  • If you were to make a movie of your life, who would play you and why?
  • Your favourite movie and why?
Just things like that.
If you need a little more info just let me know mate.

Theres all different things.

They put a lot of effort into customer service and so forth.

Peice of info for potential employee.

Put down that you want to work as an usher.
Otherwise you will be less likely to get a job as we are putting in a new computer system and you won't be trained for that.
Also when you get the job you will be filling out training modules for a few weeks and having assessments

Hope you get Martain for your interview.
And plus, Mark the Business Manager is a very good man.

You just need to be yourself.
Relax, breeze through the interview and dress appropiate.
Business Attire.

I would say try out for Projection it equals no customer interaction, relaxed atmosphere and being able to fix things. + much better money.

I'm pretty sure that a part time job while studying doesn't count as becoming a "dole surfer".

You shouldn't even be taking him serious.
He is probably a 'dole surfer' himself.

No not really.
You will need to ask, but most people want to go 'upstairs' when they work with customers.

Ask for an application form, you will fill it out.

Its best to be presentable when you do it and also have a stapler so you can staple the resume to your application form.

Luke Mackey is the Business Manager there and an awesome manager.
Likes the job done, and likes to have a clean environment.

Not a stressing environment to work at - just pure boredom (ushering/cleaning toilets/cleaning cinemas/cinema checks etc. etc.)
