Off the top of my head DEFINITELY Everlong, the acoustic long version by the foo fighters.
Its beautiful... the simple rhythmic guitar doesnt take away from the lyrics. Its just a lovely peice, oh god... lovely? i sound 80 ahahaha... anyway it is just to the point and establishes a brilliant nostallgic lovey-dovey tension soaked mood u get when around someone u are infatuated with straight up.
