haha

dumbledore probaly thought he was going to die either way, so why not save Snape who could help the others...or maybe this is my way of trying to make him good.

as long as something bad happens to him, im happy:p

JKR allready said that she was not going to be "redeeming" any of her characters right? i took this to mean there was no alterior motives, Snape was saving his own skin and whilst maybe not super evil like the other death eaters, he still has a lot to account for.

That may be true, but Dumbledore said he was good, and he has passed information from Voldemort on to Dubledore.

Maybe he was good to begin with, so JK Rowling wont be 'redeeming' him?

Maybe... What Jo is doing here is getting rid of the 'i know all, i have no weaknesses' aura and reputation Dumbledore had. I mean, the sixth book was filled with making Dumbledore seem weaker than we though (*weep*). So maybe what she's trying to say is not everyone is always right. People make mistakes... even Dumbledore.

Hey im not a huge Dubledore fan and i hate Snape, i would love it if Snape is really evil, coz it would give Harry a reason to kill him. But i doubt it, she's giving us all the storylines, so that we kindof know what is going on...other than the few people she is going to speak about...

Meh i got no idea. ONE month [and a few days] and we'll know whats going on:)

No he isn't. Rowling said he's definately departed to the hereafter. His portrait probably wouldn't appear in the Headmaster's Office if he were still alive, nor would McGonagall be able to get in without a password.

Dumbledore isn't alive, as much as it pains me to say it.

Looks like we won't need to read the seventh book then.

Thanks for saving us all thirty bucks.

I'll seriously be pissed off if Snape is made "good". You've read 6 books, and in all 6 books Snape has been this cold heartless little bastard that always wins. For once, I'd like to see some retribution and punish him once and for all. How can he be "good" anyway after killing one of the best protagonists in the series?

"Oh alright Snape, you killed Dumbledore and made Harry's life shit for 6 years, but I'll forgive you, lmao".

Hell, I have a bigger chance of forgiving Draco than I do of forgiving Snape. It would be cool if Draco ran to Harry for help and the two worked as a united force. Hm, but then I'll think "Draco is trying to sabotage your Horcrux finding journey".

Ahh, 1 month to go! Exciting!
