I don't give a flying fuck whether you believe in god or not; I do care whether you believe in patent and disproven rubbish like creationism.

I have expressed before that I don't think the question of "whether God exists" is the most important question for debate.

I want to critcise organised religion- I adamantly admit little respect for it. However, within the context of the thread I am unable to do this. Hence, I believe we need a fresh thread on the sociology of religion and whether people believe as a whole, it is a systematic risk to human education and advancement?
