52 in 30 seconds is my personal best. Haven't tried 60 seconds yet as I prefer polymetric workouts, explosive strength, as in see how high off the floor I can make myself jup with my arms.

I am very out of form right now, im guessing I could only do 45 at best right now.

heya,
what if ur a chick and want a toned FLAT stomach area???? not fat or anything, atm i go for occasional 45 min walks up n down hills.. so mildly fit
u guys said that there is a difference between strong and noticable abs, what if u jus want noticable ones??? lol
whats quick and easy, well not easy, im not afraid of work but u understand i guess
