The right finance job, for the right person.

Huge potential earnings, after acquiring the right qualifications and some smarts.

what's your definition of high paying though?? I mean...in all honesty...i don't think doctors get paid enough for the amount of years and hours they study

ACTUARY => apparently one of the highest paying proffesional jobs.

Medicine, then specialize.

Finance, Law => duh.

umm... science/engineering => i.e. consultancy? im pretty sure that can get some dough
Ninjaneers tend to get hired in unrelated shit because engineering is all about problem solving (and a lot of maths). To be a good engineer you also need to excel at working with a design team, which has lots of parallels in other professions. Science is pretty shit though. Other than research there's not a whole lot out there.

At the moment the best paying jobs (other than the ones you mentioned) are in the business, commerce and economics industry. If you are looking for instantt employment straight from uni, your best option would something in the accounting and finance industry, as they are always taking on young employees within companies. You can also get hands on experience with these companies while your at uni. Once you are completely qualified in one of these courses you earn a minimum of $150 000 per year (depending on the size of the company).
