Dw I was in the same position, got a first round offer for interviews at UNSW and UWS (didn't apply elsewhere), with a relatively ow UMAT of 88. I felt I did really well in both interviews and for UNSW there's like almost 1/2 chance of making it in once you get an interview. I ended up choosing actuarial studies because I just wasn't sure if I wanted to commit another 12+ years of studying. Don't judge haha.
That being said, passion isnt a requirement to BE a doctor, a combination of high ATAR, UMAT and interview scores is. But passion is if you wanna be a happy doctor
