How hard is it to transfer to a different uni (1 Viewer)

If you get decent marks (at least a Credit average), then nothing should stop you. Personally, I went to UWS but got an offer from UNSW this year. I don't think unis care about where the students were from - it's based on academic merit.

If you have a similar degree you might be able to get advanced standing.

I'm in a similar situation. How about a media degree at Macquarie to Journalism @ UTS? I read on UTS you need a credit average and a 70 WAM or something along the lines of this to transfer, I have no idea what that equates to? Also, how exactly would you go about transferring? I'm not trolling, I really have no idea. I've tried asking around at Macs enrollment day but no one gave me a clear-cut answer
